Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. All our products are produced according to standardized procedures. Each step is clearly defined and carried out by skilled professionals. The entire production line can be divided into the following stages:
We use stainless steel to create the frame for each doll. The frames are sorted by height to ensure that subsequent steps are unaffected by frame size, reducing the risk of production errors.
Before securing the frame to the mold, we wrap the metal frame with cloth to increase friction between the frame and the material. This may seem simple, but the technician has over 10 years of experience. This is why the frame and material fit so well in each Aotumedoll product you purchase.
Once the frame is secured, TPE material is heated, melted, and poured into the mold. During this process, it's essential to ensure sufficient material and check the injection process. If material supply is insufficient, gas cannot escape as the material cools, creating cavities that require reprocessing and significantly increasing production time. Silicone material, on the other hand, does not require heating, resulting in less oil seepage and a lower risk of tearing.
After cooling for a full day and night, the mold is opened, and the doll is removed. At this point, excess material and small holes left by securing wires need to be trimmed, making the doll’s skin smooth and even. Only 4-5 dolls can be trimmed per day.
After trimming, the doll’s body is painted, and makeup is applied to the face. Standard makeup products are used, so if the doll’s makeup fades, you can touch it up with regular makeup.
The dolls undergo a final inspection, and factory photos are taken for customer confirmation. Each doll is fitted with a wig during the photoshoot to ensure that the product received matches the photo.
Finally, the dolls are packaged, weighed, and prepared for shipment to customers worldwide.
